1. Booking & Payment
All reservations must be made through our official website.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Prices are listed in USD and does not include the 15% VAT, 2% INTUR Tax, or gratuities.
A 6% credit card processing fee applies to all card transactions and 10% for all Cash Back requests.
There are no ATMs or banks on Little Corn Island, so guests should plan accordingly.
2. General Reservations Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the arrival date are eligible for a 50% refund minus 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival are non-refundable.
No refunds or credits will be issued for early departures or no-shows.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unexpected cancellations.
Retreat Bookings through our website only:
Cancellations for retreats are non-refundable within 60 days of the retreat start date.
If a refund is permitted, it will be subject to a 25% processing fee.
📌 We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unforeseen circumstances.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: 12:00 PM
Check-out time: 9:00 AM
Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

4. Group & Retreat Bookings
Group bookings require a minimum of 4 adults and a maximum of 7 adults or 4 couples.
A 3-night minimum stay applies to all group bookings.
The Lighthouse Retreat charges administration fee on the total accommodation price (excluding restaurant/bar consumptions, excursions, and spa treatments) for all retreat leaders.
Customized retreat experiences are available upon request.
5. Guest Policies
The Lighthouse Retreat is an adults-only retreat; we do not accommodate children or pets.
The retreat practices eco-friendly initiatives; guests are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles and toiletries.
Electricity on the island is turned off from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM daily to conserve energy.
Smoking is not permitted inside cabañas.
6. Arrival & Transportation
Guests arriving on Little Corn Island will be met at the dock for assistance with luggage and escorted to the retreat.
The property is located on a hill, a 10-minute walk from the dock. The walk up the hill provides a good workout.
All excursions should be booked through the retreat for safety and the best experience. We work with trusted, experienced captains.
7. Liability & Responsibility
The Lighthouse Retreat is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Guests participate in all activities, excursions, and wellness treatments at their own risk.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen events.
8. Policy Updates
The Lighthouse Retreat reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website and communicated as necessary.
