Reservation Policy
The Lighthouse Retreat – Little Corn Island

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official website.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Prices are in USD and exclude 15% VAT, 2% INTUR tax, and gratuity.

• A 6% card processing fee applies. Cash-back requests incur a 10% fee.

• No ATMs or banks on the island – plan accordingly.

2. Breakfast

• Complimentary Island Breakfast with direct bookings made through our website.

• Served daily between 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

3. Cancellations & Refunds (All Bookings)

• All cancellations incur a 10% processing fee.

• Cancellations 60+ days before arrival receive a 50% refund except when booking a non-refundable rate.

• No refunds for cancellations within 60 days, no-shows, or early checkouts and a non-refundable rate.

• Applies to all bookings, including retreat leaders, agencies, and tour operators.

• We strongly recommend travel insurance.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 9:00 AM - you may check in early if your cabaña is ready.

• Online check-in is required before arrival to avoid delays:

5. Group & Retreat Bookings

• Minimum: 4 adults | Max: 11 adults or 4 couples

• 3-night minimum stay required for group bookings

• Retreat leaders responsible for market and filling out their own retreats

• Custom retreat packages available

6. Guest Info

• Adults-only. No kids or pets allowed.

• Bring reusable bottles and eco-friendly toiletries.

• Electricity is off daily on the entire island from 6 AM – 1 PM.

• Smoking is not allowed in cabañas.

• All outside guests must register in advance and receive confirmation prior to attending.

7. Arrival & Transport

• Dockside meet with luggage help included

• 10-15 minute walk up to the retreat – a great warmup

• Book private excursions for trusted, safe experiences

8. Liability

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items, please keep your valuables on you

• Participation in all activities, island tours or spa treatments is at your own risk. 

• Guest Acknowledgement & Liability Release
  By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that participation in all on-site or off-site activities—including yoga sessions, spa treatments, and island excursions—is voluntary and at your own risk. The Lighthouse Retreat and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, death, or damages incurred during your stay. We encourage all guests to be mindful of their wellbeing and travel insurance coverage.

• For the safety and comfort of all guests, outside visitors are not permitted inside the cabañas unless confirmed by the hotel manager. All guests must present valid government-issued ID and a credit card upon arrival. The Lighthouse Retreat reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if they fail to provide required documentation or display behavior that is abusive, disruptive, or damaging to the property.

9. Policy Changes

• Policies may change without notice. Updates will be posted on our site.
