Brunch Menu - (updated daily with local ingredients)

Island Brunch – Fried eggs with a tropical fruit & papaya salad, served with coconut bread, rice & beans, and optional Nicaraguan cheese.
Warm Tropical Oats – Creamy oats topped with granola, chia seeds, peanut butter, caramelized peanuts, toasted coconut flakes, and fresh tropical fruit.
Classic Coconut French Toast – Coconut bread French toast with granola, toasted coconut, and caramelized peanuts; served with star fruit marmalade and seasonal fruit.
Tropical Island Salad 🥗 – Organic greens with watermelon, papaya, cucumber, mint, purple onion, avocado, and caramelized peanuts, tossed in balsamic dressing. (Can be served with or without cheese.)
Falafel Wrap 🌱 – Crispy chickpea balls fried in coconut oil, wrapped with cabbage, tomatoes, and spicy pickles in a warm tortilla.
Seasonal Avocado Toast 🥑 – Fresh avocado on toasted coconut bread, topped with seasonal greens, tomatoes, and a sprinkle of seeds or nuts.

Island-Style Boca – Seasonal fish fried or grilled in coconut oil, served with plantain chips and cabbage salad.
