All bookings must be made through our official website. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Prices are in USD and exclude 15% VAT.

Bookings are non-refundable. One transfer is allowed only with 30 days’ notice.

Late check-out is available for $50 plus 15% VAT.

No outside food or drinks are allowed anywhere on the property.

Dockside meet is included; please provide your arrival time.

Check-in online prior to arrival is mandatory.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
