Sample Daily Schedule
Morning:
Gentle yoga and mindful breathing.
Breakfast: nourishing bowl with seasonal fruits like papaya, pineapple, green juice and fresh Nicaragua coffee or herbal tea.
Midday:
Relax on a hammock, explore the island, read under a palm tree, enjoy your freedom
Guided snorkeling tour and lunch on the beach with fresh seafood and local vegetables
Afternoon:
Relaxing aromatherapy spa treatment (included).
Free time for hammocks or exploring.
Evening:
Two dinners at the hotel, one in town.
