Sample Daily Schedule
Morning:
Morning yoga and meditation on rooftop deck with ocean views. (gentle, optional)
Breakfast: freshly made coconut bread and fresh tropical seasonal fruit with Nicaraguan coffee or herbal tea.
Midday:
Relax, free to adventure and explore.
Lunch at the retreat with local curry and organic vegetables.
Afternoon:
Aromatherapy Spa treatment (included).
Free time to read, journal, or relax on the beach.
Evening:
Two dinners at the hotel, one in town (seafood or vegetarian).
